I did provide a PPA for unity-control-center and unity-settings-daemon. Although it may require an update.

Please add the PPA (https://code.launchpad.net/~unity7maintainers/+archive/ubuntu/unity7-desktop), update and install unity-control-center and unity-settings-daemon.
