 In most of cases TouchPad always on the top too,

90,7% (2086,5) <kernel IPI> : Rescheduling interrupts
   2,6% ( 60,3) <interrupt> : PS/2 keyboard/mouse/touchpad

This bug is not affected by this bug https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/148205 ?
