2) Regarding the file:

No error reports have been reported to errors since 2018-07-11. One may further confirm is if in the folder /var/crash there are files .upload and .uploaded found along with the same .crash file (or a bug report is created on Launchpad). Clicking on the crash GUI doesn't indicate if a crash was successfully reported. For more on this, please see https://help.ubuntu.com/community/ReportingBugs .

Hence, could you please report the crash, and advise to the additional files in /var/crash?
