Same issue on Ubuntu 22.04.2 (kernel 5.19.0-38-generic).

However, this is NOT the real speed of my WI-FI. This is visible by doing a speedtest with a ISP (I get 57 Mb/s, fiber), or from terminal by typing 'iwlconfig'.

Example on my laptop Acer E5-575G:

wlp3s0 IEEE 802.11 ESSID:"TP-Link_XXXX"
          Mode:Managed Frequency:2.417 GHz Access Point: XX:XX:XX:XX:XX:X
          Bit Rate=1 Mb/s Tx-Power=20 dBm
          Retry short limit:7 RTS thr:off Fragment thr:off
          Power Management:on
          Link Quality=47/70 Signal level=-63 dBm
Rx invalid nwid:0 Rx invalid crypt:0 Rx invalid frag:0
          Tx excessive retries:0 Invalid misc:59 Missed beacon:0
