That is good news. That means Bionic should get the fix through the normal stable update process.
The current Bionic -proposed kernel(4.15.0-13) has up to the 4.15.10 updates applied. It might be worth testing the proposed kernel to see if we already have the fix and don't have to wait for the 4.15.11 or 4.15.12 upstream updates.
