Comment 6 for bug 1754052

I've experienced the same issue on Ubuntu 19.04 and 18.04 (but on other Linux distributions like newest versions of debian or manjaro too - both Gnome and KDE). Nevertheless it's working fine on Windows 10.

Is there any known solution to this problem? It seems that the touchpad is a certified one according to https://certification.ubuntu.com/catalog/component/input/4932/input%3ADLL079F%3A01044E%3A120B/

I can supply my configuration if needed but to give an overview:
Dell Latitude 7480
Kenel: 4.19.28
Dell BIOS: 1.14.1
