just now i did a wget followed by a dpkg -i for:

a reboot with uname -a
    Linux nuc 4.16.0-041600rc2-gereric #201802190311 SMMP Mon Feb 1 03:12:17 UTC 219 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux

on boot it finds the bluetooth speakers and mouse and both work
i bring up the setup's and change wifi access point and bingo i lose speakers and mouse which are on the bluetooth
the gnome setting bluetooth screen show the mouse and speaker still attached and scanning for devices. They however are not attached (the speakers show no connectivity the mouse shows trying to connect).
