How would that help?
Card is working properly with OS drivers when they are loaded by Xorg DM or Xorg DE. Problem is only present during boot or if drivers are not loaded via Xorg (e.g. DM and DE are Wayland), and after Xorg loads drivers then Wayland also functions properly.
