Tried posting to linux-usb mailing list but I got no answer back. Any other ways to report this problem?
The problem still exists with kernels 4.13.2 and 4.12.13.
I updated BIOS to 1.5.0 released today and also applied a fresh firmware update to WD15 from Dell (using Windows, because Linux can't do it yet) - and also no visible improvement.
