Such a "fix" does not exist. Possibly because it is unlikely this is causing it and BIOS might be applying the fix already. People with B1s (model 1, stepping 1) could test though by doing as root:

# modprobe msr
# rdmsr -a 0xc0011020

and looking at bit 4 in the result.
