Not as far as I know. Suspend/resume never worked on this platform. I tried several years ago and it did not work then, either.

Not easily I'm afraid, as I'd have to switch to the nouveau graphics driver, and as mentioned in Bug#1639180 Comment #65, on this platform nouveau crashes too often to be useful.
