I built a Bionic test kernel with commits 36148c2bbfbe and c9f1f58dc2eb. Commit 3a9b76fd0db9 is not needed in Bionic, since it is 3.15 based.

The test kernel can be downloaded from:
http://kernel.ubuntu.com/~jsalisbury/lp1670041/bionic

Can you test this kernel and see if it resolves this bug?
