Comment 6 for bug 1667146

I have just experienced this problem for the first time (on, admittedly, Linux Mint) with kernel 5.8.0.

I note also that there is a report on the problem filed against the Linux kernel itself, here: https://bugzilla.kernel.org/show_bug.cgi?id=190281

Perhaps Ubuntu devs should engage with that report.
