Good news! The machine did not stall on first restart and runs normally. Still not able to reach the Grub menu (4 Kernels on board). The suspend bug remains, must shut down manually. Was on Ubuntu ZZ for the last 2 days and Kylin runs much better... There is the downstream Kernel to do and will wait now.
