Upstream kernel test - kernel 4.13-rc3

Installation, on which upstream kernel was installed:

ubuntu 16.04.2, kernel4.10.0-28, updated 2017-08-01

booting without any workaround parameters:
boot-time 45sec (message sound),
black screen
remote-login (ssh) o.k.
