Update: I've tried to pass some boot options to kernel, from all of them that I found 2 helped:

acpi=off - Boots but wrong screen resolution.
acpi=noirq - Works and screen resolution correct.

So at the moment I'm staying with acpi=noirq and latest kernel, I hope this problem will be fixed...
