The recent update was outside of the normal SRU release cycle to fix a serious security issue and contained only the security fix. There is a new -proposed kernel (4.4.0-46.67) which contains the fix for this bug, and barring any other unforeseen circumstances it will be released according to the original SRU schedule, on Oct 31.
