Like Florian, the result isn't unambiguous. It for sure boots much faster than 4.7/4.8 (~ 3s kernel + 5s userspace), but still much slower than 4.4. But this could be attributed to the #1 issue above. So I *think* this kernel is still "good" (but not quite as clearly as for Florian).
If it isn't too much trouble, would it be possible to apply the two patches on every bisected kernel to make the results more distinct?
