Install this package and reboot.

wget https://launchpad.net/~hanipouspilot/+archive/ubuntu/bluetooth/+files/btusb-lp1600623-dkms_0.1_all.deb

sudo dpkg -i btusb-lp1600623-dkms_0.1_all.deb

Test the BT. If it works, I will submit the patch to kernel maintainers.
