Hi Chirstopher,
Actually I don't think the issue is related to the BIOS of my laptop but rather to the firmware of my
"HP 2013 UltraSlim-Dockingstation". Therefore I tried the following firmware upgrade:

BUT I tried in Windows 8.1 and Windows 10 and just could not get it working i.e. the docking station did not produce any video output on the two DVI Ports neither on the VGA Port and the firmware upgrade could not get installed. At least the DVI Port of the Laptop is working which is for now fine for me.
