Comment 33 for bug 1575437

My understanding is that this bug will soon expire because it's still marked incomplete and appears abandoned.

Are we taking this route because there is a workaround and in any case it should be filed differently than it has?

I do hope the workaround works - but cannot test it until another maybe couple weeks when I get the Asus laptop in question.
