Sebastiaan Breedveld, you likely have a different root cause if uninstalling uswsusp didn't help.

Hence, , it will help immensely if you don't install the package hibernate so you can boot, and provide necessary debugging logs by filing a new report with Ubuntu via a terminal:
ubuntu-bug linux
