Hi, thanks for the cooperation.
I updated BIOS and it partially helped.

1)$ sudo dmidecode -s bios-version && sudo dmidecode -s bios-release-date
V22.4

2) It seems it partially helped, but it is probably because of update in Ubuntu because it was better even before BIOS upgrade. Now, after I plug it into USB, Ubuntu detects it, but after few seconds, it simply dies and it is same as before.

It is a progress, but a little-one.

in USB3, it dies much more quickly (3 seconds), in USB2 after about 10secs.
