Ralph,
when I change to "Server for Greece" in the Software Sources window it starts looking up for addresses like
http://gr.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/dists/gutsy/Release.gpg
and when I try to ping gr.archive.ubuntu.com sometimes it works sometimes it'not.

As I said before, my internet connection seemed to work perfectly, so I decided to do a Restart...
After that I am back to my previous state...
That is, while I CAN ping archive.ubuntu.com, archive.canonical.com e.t.c. I CAN'T download any packages!
