I have now a fresh and totally clean installation of Ubuntu 16.04. I would say that this is a very slow start result (result for other two older Asus notebooks is arround 9s):
~$ systemd-analyze Startup finished in 4.008s (firmware) + 17.022s (loader) + 1.491s (kernel) + 1.471s (userspace) = 23.993s
