I'm experiencing the exact same issues, especially those of https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/1550779/comments/43.

This makes my machine unusable and I'll have to revert to 15.10.

Machine is a Dell Latitude e6410 Laptop.
