Vasya Pupkin, the instructions to write a letter to bluetooth maintainers was provided in https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/1523108/comments/6 .

Unfortunately, https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Kernel/Bugs is a legacy page. However, due to a recent flurry of permission restrictions in response to randomers abusing the openness of Ubuntu's infrastructure, I don't presently have access to fix this. Given a comprehensive strategy is actively being developed to address this, I'm patiently waiting for that to conclude.
