Comment 10 for bug 1522958

Reviewed the regressions on adt testing, two are systemd issues (known) and should go away on rerun. The kernel failure is expectd to go away on retry as the code changes do not affect that area from the last success. Finally testing looks comparible between -1.10 and -2.11. Therefore I am releasing this kernel so we can get some images built with it for s390x for next week.
