However, I see no change after upgrading the BIOS.
$ sudo dmidecode -s bios-version && sudo dmidecode -s bios-release-date

At short, after returning from suspend the touchpad, all touchpad and glidestick actions are stuck to the window which was active before suspend or a window or panel selected immediately (less than a second) after the desktop is displayed after the login screen.
