Harris Anggara, to advise, an upstream patch working for you wouldn't fit the definition of Fix Released for linux (Ubuntu) as per https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Bugs/Status .

Despite this, it would be helpful to confirm if the patch noted by Marcos Paulo de Souzas indeed fixed your issue. Instructions are available via https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Kernel/KernelBisection#Testing_a_newly_released_patch_from_upstream .
