Given you've tested the latest mainline kernel, latest BIOS, and assuming all the previous test results are the same when not using any non-default kernel parameters as noted in your Bug Description:

it appears one is to wait while upstream attends to the issues noted in KBZ#201469. However, it wouldn't hurt to gather the information upstream requested using the latest mainline kernel (and continue to do so when a new mainline kernel is released), as this helps to keep developer attention.
