However, if you will be keeping the device, and willing to work through the debugging steps necessary to ensure a "it just works" experience, then Launchpad would be the proper venue, and please provide the information requested in https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/1462563/comments/1 .
