Comment 7 for bug 1460434

I had the same issue before upgrade. I tested latest kernel (v4.1-rc6-unstable) today. Problem still exists. I wrote simple test program to occupy some memory. It allocates bytes increasingly +50 MB at a time. I can never see that unused memory goes under 200 MB and whole machine gets almost fully blocked until I kill test program.
