If you are in the return window, don't keep it. I fear they try to surf on the incertitude. I'm really sorry because it's a wonderful computer. Only way for them to move is to feel the pain in their pocket, but they are too large to feel it quickly enough. HP have difficulty right now, and with that kind of attitude, they will stay in difficulty.
