Comment 49 for bug 1440724

Test with linux-headers-4.0.0-040000rc1-generic_4.0.0-040000rc1.201502222235_i386.deb:

- normal boot freezes as with 3.19.0-12
- booting with 'quiet splash' removed shows bootlog output, but too fast to read, ends in frozen login screen (switching to other consoles using Ctrl-Alt-F... does not work).
- boot in recovery mode and then resume seems to work, however again with low resolution of max. 1024x768 and slow graphics

BTW, I cannot test the lp1440724v1 Kernel as there are only 64 bit builds in the directory and the Intel Core Duo T2300 is only 32 bit.
