First of all, I want to thank you for your help.

I have updated BIOS but nothing seems to happen.

If I run
    sudo dmidecode -s bios-version && sudo dmidecode -s bios-release-date
it shows
    PU551LA.208
    10/22/2014

What can I do now?

On the other hand, when you say "Please note your current BIOS is already in the Bug Description, so posting this on the old BIOS would not be helpful", do you mean I have to change anything in the bug description?
