We have begun to see a noticeable percentage of this in our Openstack-on-Openstack automated testing. I've not yet dug too deeply, but the symptom is: a deployment completes and tests successfully, then as we're collecting logs from machines, one or more of the compute nodes falls over with: http://paste.ubuntu.com/10556479/
