1. Linux has to announce to be ACPI 2.0 complient, see https://lkml.org/lkml/2015/3/12/149 2. I've merged the latest for-linux branch of Mark Brown https://git.kernel.org/cgit/linux/kernel/git/broonie/sound.git/
I've published that result to https://github.com/rtreffer/linux to simplify attempts to reproduce this.
