This is the dmesg log after resuming from:
sudo sh -c "sync && echo 1 > /sys/power/pm_trace && pm-suspend"
Note that as the usb peripherals were non-responsive as expected, after resume I had to disconnect from the dock and reconnect the laptop to it.
