SRU Justification:

Impact: the AMD Geode is an x86 SOC processor containing, among other things, an hardware watchdog but
as it stands now, we don't compile the necessary code to support it in the Precise kernel.

Fix: compile the GEODEWDT driver and the dependent timer code (CS5535_MFGPT).

Testcase: install a kernel with the driver compiled as a module, load it and look for the presence of /dev/watchdog.
