Bug Description
The problem I'm having has been expalained here:
http://
During installation of Ubuntu Server 14.04.1, there is point where it scans the "cd" (even if you are booting from DVD or USB it still says "CD" -- I've tried both ways).
After this completes, it hangs indefinately on a purple screen with a grayish-white bar at the bottom.
I believe it is hanging right before the point where it detects your network cards.
Others say, that if you wait 15 minutes, the installation will continue installation. I had to wait 18 minutes before installation continued.
What is going on here? I will try to post hardware specs later.
