Just installed Ubuntu 14.04.1, have run the latest updates and the brightness and wifi fn hotkeys don't work.

Here's a complete list of working/non working fn hotkeys:

fn + f1 (suspend) yes
fn + f2 (wifi) no
fn + f5 (decrease brightness) no
fn + f6 (increase brightness) no
fn + f7 (turn off screen) yes
fn + f8 (change screen output) untested
fn + f9 (disable/enable trackpad) yes
fn + 10 (mute) yes
fn + f11 (decrease volume) yes
fn + f12 (increase volume) yes

I had started this bug report from ubuntu-bug, so it *should* have attached a plethora of hardware info, but if there's any other information I can provide to help with this, just let me know.

Also, I think this is a kernel issue, thus I put 'linux' for package, but if I'm mistaken, please feel free to change it.
