Sorry about this but im really confused! I get the temporary fix and do the following every time I log on

sudo su
rmmod forcedeth
modprobe forcedeth msi=0 msix=0
/etc/init.d/networking restart

However I need a permanent fix. I tried to make this run every time I log in (This is is stored in a plain text file in my documents folder) but after sudo su I need to type in my password, So it doesn't work!

Can anyone please explain, in relatively "human" English, what I should do to fix this permanently!
