At last I'm successfully installed 14.04.1 to my flashdisk then mainline kernel 3.16 rc7 also succesfully installed.

But there is some odd messages, and the ending is Ambiance wallpaper without anything. I have to hit power off button to shutdown laptop.

So kernel 3.16 isn't compatible & can't be used in this laptop currently.
