honestly its not worth your time, over getting a vpn, to clear it up properly you need to find where your temporary files are stored and use something along the lines of Trend Micros secure erase which overwrites data 7 times with gibberish so its un recoverable. and also clear all cache of the browser and playback device you used. but by the time you do that, you have already been recorded as downloading the material - there will just be no obvious evidence left of it on the pc
