I honestly don't see the problem with people smoking or drinking on JSA aslong as they're looking for a job... they can do what they like with the money they receive and have more than likley paid into atleast through VAT (if they've never had a job) or they have then through other tax.

I was on benefits in college after I was kicked out of my home, I still smoked and drank whilst finishing up college... jesus their not an underclass of people. What do you like to spend your money on? If you're jobless lets take that away as buying option... really? It couldn't even be more stupid because tobbacco has the highest VAT.
