I think there are 2 things we can do: 1. test a mainline kernel 2. Update the bios, BIOS A12 (http://www.dell.com/support/home/us/en/19/Drivers/DriversDetails?driverId=XTFRC&fileId=3403816568&osCode=W764&productCode=optiplex-3010&categoryId=BI) has this fix: - Fixed Microsoft Windows sleep potential issue.
