What I understood is that Kernel.org information is the following :

[2.] Full description of the problem/report:
[3.] Keywords (i.e., modules, networking, kernel):
...

And as the output of /proc/cpuinfo, /proc/iomem, dmesg,... is quite long, putting it in the body of the email is not very readable.
