Comment 10 for bug 1311923

I guess this could be something unfortunate with Samsung laptops. I also
have to add acpi_backlight=vendor to get the display brightness tools to
work properly:
GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT="quiet splash acpi_backlight=vendor"
