*YES*!!! I tried out the linux-image-3.14.0-031400rc7-generic_3.14.0-031400rc7.201403162235_amd64 kernel and the packet counts were incrementing correctly. (Including gkrellm and other bandwidth tools)

I reverted back to 3.11 because it busted my video driver. But I at least confirmed the bug is fixed there.

When can I expect the 3.14 kernel to make it into the Saucy distribution?
